Sarah, a budding food scientist with a passion for baking, can tell you the precise science behind the perfect flaky pastry or the ideal sourdough starter. She's the one who'll be analyzing the ingredients, appreciating the techniques, and geeking out over the perfect crumb structure. And then there's Liam, history buff, who not only delves into the fascinating history and cultural significance behind each place we visit, but is as well our designated driver, navigator, and the one who keeps us grounded (and on schedule!) amidst all the sugary excitement.
